Paul George Exits Saturday's Meeting With The Spurs
2 years agoLos Angeles Clippers guard Paul George (knee) didn't return to Saturday's meeting with the Spurs. The 32-year-old scored 21 points in just 15 minutes, draining five of his eight tries from deep. It's another unfortunate development for the Clippers, who have seen Kawhi Leonard ramp up his workload as of late. However, there's a chance the team will now be without George, although he's likely to undergo further testing. With Luke Kennard (calf) out of commission, Terance Mann could spend more time on the court moving ahead. Mann has averaged 6.5 points, 2.9 rebounds, and shot a hideous 20.8% from behind the arc in 2022-23. While an increase in minutes may do him some good, he's not expected to be a consistent fantasy producer.
