Laine would score on the power-play to beat Detroit goaltender Alex Lyon. This strike extended his scoring streak to three games. Since making his season debut on December 3, Laine has tallied an impressive eight goals in nine contests. He has also added one helper. Most of his damage has come on the man-advantage as he has scored an impressive eight power-play goals since his season debut. He has also averaged just under 4.0 shots per game and added six total hits and three total blocked shots. Since returning from a knee injury, Laine has been on an elite pace and should remain locked into all fantasy lineups while he continues this trajectory.
