Patrick Reed Looks To Build On Strong London Showing
1 year agoMasters champion Patrick Reed has been relatively quiet over the past two years since he entered the world of LIV Golf, but things could finally be trending positively for the 32-year-old. Reed made the cut in each of the first three majors of the year, including a T4 finish at the Masters and a T18 finish at the PGA Championship. At the London LIV event two weeks back, Reed capped off a great weekend with a seven-under Saturday round and a six-under Sunday round to capture second place. While the iron game comes and goes without warning, the putting seems to be more consistent when called upon this year. At $7,600, it's possible the DraftKings market has soured a bit too much on a hot putter who can strike a long iron or wood as well as anyone when he's on track.
