3 years agoPatrick Reed has turned in four top-28 finishes over the last five years at the Open Championship, which makes sense from a game-theory standpoint when we realize just how good the American is with his short game. At his best, Reed is a tactician that won't move a single piece of sand or dirt while making contact, and he quietly enters the week having produced six straight top-32 finishes over his last seven events. The 30-year-old is projected to be one of the highest-owned players on the board at over 15%, but it is challenging to find too many holes in his game.
