Patrik Laine Pots Goal in Thursday's Win
6 years agoWinnipeg Jets right-winger Patrik Laine scored a power-play goal in his team's 4-1 defeat of the Vancouver Canucks on Thursday night. After scoring just one goal in his first four games, Laine now has two goals in his last three contests. The 20-year-old also finished with four shots, two blocks and two takeaways in 15:52 of time-on-ice. The third-year winger should finish near the top of the league in goals once again in 2018-2019 and now has three goals (and two assists) in seven games played. He'll look to find the scoresheet once again on Saturday as the Jets host the Coyotes.
