Patrick Corbin Struggling In 2020
4 years agoWashington Nationals starter Patrick Corbin allowed five runs on nine hits across 5 1/3 innings in his most recent start against the Atlanta Braves on August 6. He also walked four batters in the loss. The 31-year-old now sits with a 2-4 record on the year to go along with a 4.34 ERA and 1.47 WHIP. He is giving up more home runs per nine innings than any other season in his career and has seen a downtick in his velocity. At this rate, fantasy managers may want to consider sitting the left-hander in his next start against the aforementioned Braves.
