2 years agoLos Angeles Lakers point/shooting guard Patrick Beverley (knee) has been deemed doubtful to play in Wednesday's contest against the Raptors as he battles a sore right knee. Without Beverley, LeBron James (ankle) and Anthony Davis (illness) in the mix, Russell Westbrook and Dennis Schroder stand out as huge upside DFS selections. Lonnie Walker IV and Austin Reaves also stand to benefit from a potential Beverley absence, while Kendrick Nunn would figure to crack the backcourt mix as well. The three-time All-Defensive winner has scuffled mightily from the field this season, shooting just 27.1 percent overall. Barring a dramatic turn of events, Beverley's next best chance to suit up will come Friday vs. Philadelphia.--Jesse Borek
