Patrick Beverley Returns For Friday’s Contest
3 years agoMinnesota Timberwolves point guard Patrick Beverley (ankle) has been given the green light to take the floor for Friday's game against the Bulls, stemming his absence due to a sprained right ankle at one contest. Beverley has settled into a solid role among Minnesota's starting five, scoring between 9-11 points in six of his last nine outings. The five assists on a nightly basis that Beverley has averaged this season is on pace to be a career high, while his 8.9 PPG would be his highest mark since 2017-18. While he remains primarily a deeper season-long format asset, Beverley possesses a safe DFS floor for cash lineups.
