7 years agoAfter undergoing an MRI on Tuesday, Philadelphia Phillies reliever Pat Neshek (shoulder) received positive news regarding his injury and return date. The 37-year-old went on the disabled list last week with a right shoulder strain, but the results of the MRI only revealed inflammation. The club said they would keep him shut down for a couple more weeks, but he should return soon thereafter. This is a huge sigh of relief for the club after a litany of injuries early on in this 2018 campaign. Neshek returned to the club this offseason after they traded him to Colorado last year.--RDelgado
