Pat Freiermuth Erupts For 120 Yards Against Bengals
12 months agoPittsburgh Steelers tight end Pat Freiermuth secured nine of 11 targets for 120 yards in a 16-10 victory against the Cincinnati Bengals. In his second game since returning from a hamstring injury, Freiermuth posted career-highs in receptions and yardage. Cincinnati has been extremely vulnerable to tight end production all season, but it is worth noting that the Steelers' offense looked much improved in its first contest without former offensive coordinator Matt Canada. Freiermuth was perhaps the biggest beneficiary of Canada's departure as quarterback Kenny Pickett frequently looked for him over the middle of the field. The third-year pro should be a popular addition off fantasy waiver wires this week and will look to keep rolling against the Arizona Cardinals in Week 13.
