Pascal Siakam Expected To Return Within Two Weeks
3 years agoToronto Raptors forward Pascal Siakam (shoulder), who has yet to take the court this year, is expected to return within two weeks. Siakam has been working back into game action with the team's G-League affiliate and appears on track for a November return to the court. Injuries have been a problem for the 27-year-old, but he is a fantasy star when healthy, as he's averaged 22.1 points, 7.3 rebounds, 3.9 assists, 1.8 triples, and 1.1 steals per game over the last two seasons. Siakam's return could cut into OG Anunoby and Fred VanVleet's usage a bit, though players such as Gary Trent Jr. and Svi Mykhailiuk will see the biggest hits to their usage.

Pascal Siakam In Danger Of Missing Another Contest
5 days agoIndiana Pacers forward Pascal Siakam (personal) is questionable for Wednesday's meeting with the Dallas Mavericks. The former Raptor had been on a roll, scoring at least 25 points in each of the Pacers' previous three contests heading into Monday's overtime victory over the Timberwolves. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to play because of a personal issue. Tyrese Haliburton (back), Aaron Nesmith (ankle), and Myles Turner (hip) were also sidelined for that one, resulting in Obi Toppin and Bennedict Mathurin combining for 56 points. Toppin will likely start again if Siakam can't suit up. However, Turner and Nesmith are off the injury report, so Toppin probably won't be as productive, even if Haliburton remains on the shelf.

Pascal Siakam Won't Play On Monday
1 week agoIndiana Pacers forward Pascal Siakam (personal) is out on Monday night versus the Timberwolves. The Pacers just completed back-to-back contests, with the 30-year-old combining for 53 points, 14 rebounds, and four blocks during that span. However, he'll sit out on Monday night due to a personal issue. Myles Turner (hip) is questionable, so the team may be down their starting bigs against Minnesota. But as far as Siakam is concerned, Obi Toppin may slide into the starting lineup. But even if the former Knick doesn't start, he could see more work on the scoring end, especially if Turner, Tyrese Haliburton (back), and Aaron Nesmith (ankle) are ruled out.

Pascal Siakam Available Versus Philly
1 week agoIndiana Pacers forward Pascal Siakam (elbow) will play on Friday versus Philly, according to head coach Rick Carlisle. The former Raptor was questionable heading into this contest because of right Olecranon bursitis. But he'll be out there. Siakam hasn't missed a game with the Pacers since being dealt by Toronto ahead of last season's trade deadline. He also remains one of Indiana's top performers, averaging 20.8 points and 7.2 rebounds while shooting a career-high 40.1% from downtown. With Philadelphia dealing with a multitude of injuries, Siakam could thrive for fantasy managers, although his presence should mean less work for Obi Toppin, who would have likely slid into the starting lineup.

In 41 regular season games with the Pacers, the 30-year-old averaged 21.3 points per game while shooting 55% from the field in 41 regular-season.
