Parris Campbell Disappoints In Week 12 Loss Against Pittsburgh
2 years agoIndianapolis Colts wide receiver Parris Campbell caught two of three targets for 14 yards in the Colts' 24-17 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers. The stat line for Campbell was disappointing, as his three targets were his fewest since Week 8. Campbell's role of the short yardage security blanket was actually played by tight end Jelani Woods, and Campbell's targets weren't very nicely placed. Frankly, with quarterback Matt Ryan's struggles in the loss, Campbell was lucky to even have two catches. This seems to be the floor for Campbell, and he has a chance to rebound as a mid-range WR3 against the Dallas Cowboys in Week 13.
