Tampa Bay Rays left-handed pitching prospect
Ian Seymour continued his impressive start to the Triple-A campaign as he logged 5 1/3 innings of one-run ball on Tuesday in his outing against Nashville. In this start, Seymour allowed just four hits and three walks. He struck out nine batters. This was his third time this season tallying at least eight punchouts in a single start. Through 25 1/3 innings of work (five starts), the former second-round pick has held a 2.49 ERA with a 1.18 WHIP. Seymour has posted an impressive 35:7 K:BB but has struggled to keep the ball in the yard, as he has allowed four long balls. Seymour made his Triple-A debut last season and held a similar 2.33 ERA with a 1.15 WHIP across 54 innings of work. Fantasy managers in deeper AL-only formats should consider stashing Seymour, as he appears to be nearing his MLB debut given his increasing strikeout production.

Milwaukee Brewers right-handed pitching prospect
Jacob Misiorowski enjoyed his best start of the season on Tuesday evening against Triple-A Durham. In this outing, the No. 4-ranked prospect in Milwaukee tossed six shutout innings. He allowed just one hit and one free pass. He tallied a season-best eight punchouts. Through Misiorowski's first 24 2/3 innings of the Triple-A campaign, he has held a strong 2.19 ERA with a 0.97 WHIP. He struggled to command his pitches in his first three starts but has allowed just three walks over his last 11 frames. Last summer, Misiorowski spent most of his time with Double-A before earning a brief taste of Triple-A. Given his progression at Triple-A, Misiorowski could be worth closely monitoring as he could contend for his MLB debut in the first half of the season.

Texas Rangers pitching prospect
Jack Leiter (finger) tossed 4 1/3 shutout innings in his rehab outing on Tuesday against Triple-A Las Vegas. Leiter allowed just one hit and one walk. He struck out four. The former second overall pick has been on the injured list due to a blister since his start on April 2. However, given his strong rehab outing, he could be in line to return to Texas before the end of the week. Before his injury, Leiter was enjoying a strong start to the season and had logged 10 innings of one-run ball with a stellar 10:1 K:BB. This was a great sign, as the Vanderbilt product has struggled with his command throughout his minor-league career and during his first MLB stint last season. In 2024, Leiter made his MLB debut but held an 8.83 ERA with a 1.71 WHIP. Given his progress this season, he should be viewed as a solid option in all formats when he is activated off the injured list.

Miami Marlins catching prospect
Agustin Ramirez went 3-for-3 with two doubles, an RBI, and a walk during their 4-3 victory over the Cincinnati Reds on Tuesday evening. Ramirez made his MLB debut on Monday and has enjoyed an impressive start to his MLB career. Over his first two games, Ramirez has gone 5-for-6 with three doubles, two walks, one stolen base, and no strikeouts. Given his impressive start, fantasy managers should expect the No. 4-ranked prospect in the Miami system to continue to see the majority of starts behind the dish. Earlier in the season, Ramirez held a solid .252/.313/.479 slash line with seven doubles and three long balls in just 19 games. Last season, Ramirez hit 25 home runs and swiped 22 bags in 126 MiLB games. Given his five-category upside at the catcher position, he should be viewed as a strong option in standard formats heading into his matchup on Wednesday against Cincinnati right-hander

Aaron Judge went 4-for-4 with a double, a run, and a stolen base during their 3-2 loss to the Cleveland Guardians on Tuesday evening. Judge would hit his double in the sixth inning and would score on a
Paul Goldschmidt sacrifice fly. He would tally his third single of the game in the eighth inning and then proceed to swipe second base, but could not cross home plate a second time. This extended Judge's current hitting streak to four games. Over his previous 11 contests, the 32-year-old has only gone hitless once and posted an impressive .488/.571/.659 slash line with four doubles and one long ball. Through 24 games, Judge has gone deep seven times and holds an impressive .411 AVG. He remains a top option in DFS and a must-start option in all formats.

Los Angeles Angels pitching prospect
George Klassen tossed 5 1/3 shutout innings for Double-A Rocket City on Tuesday, allowing three hits and one walk while striking out nine batters. It marked the third consecutive dominant outing from the righty, who yielded just one earned run on 11 hits and three walks while striking out 22 over those three starts (13 1/3 innings). The 6-foot-2 hurler could pitch his way to Triple-A by season's end, but he isn't expected to make his big-league debut until sometime in 2026. Still, with a 34.9 percent strikeout rate in 26 minor-league starts, the Angels' third-ranked prospect is a player dynasty managers should be keeping tabs on.

Pittsburgh Pirates left-hander
Bailey Falter (back) was removed from his start early on Tuesday against the hosting Los Angeles Angels due to lower-back tightness, according to the team. Falter is currently being treated by the team's medical staff, and the Pirates will provide an update on his condition when new information becomes available. Before departing the contest in Anaheim, Falter had allowed three earned runs on five hits (one homer) while walking none and striking out five in four innings (65 pitches). It's anyone's guess as to whether the 27-year-old southpaw will be able to make his next scheduled start on Sunday against the Los Angeles Dodgers. Even if Falter's injury is minor and he's able to toe the rubber this weekend, fantasy managers will want to avoid him in that matchup. He has been inconsistent so far in 2025 and entered Tuesday's outing with a 4.91 ERA and 1.18 WHIP in his four starts.

San Diego Padres infield prospect
Leodalis De Vries had a monster day at the plate for High-A Fort Wayne on Tuesday, completing the cycle in a 5-for-5 performance. The 18-year-old collected a single, a double, a triple, and two home runs to go along with eight RBI and two runs scored. The effort pushed his season slash line to .294/.351/.608 through 13 games. The Padres' top prospect (MLB No. 17) held his own as a 17-year-old at Single-A last season and now appears to be doing the same at High-A. If he continues to hit, expect to see him test his mettle at Double-A by season's end, although it may be a couple of years before he sees the majors. Nevertheless, still so young and with so much potential, dynasty managers should be keeping a close eye on the switch-hitter's progression.
