20 hours agoBaltimore Ravens running back Justice Hill (concussion) didn't practice in Sunday's estimation. The 27-year-old had two carries for 30 yards in Saturday's AFC North encounter with the Pittsburgh Steelers. However, he suffered a concussion and did not return. While there's a chance Hill could be ready for the Christmas meeting with the Houston Texans, it's unlikely. If that's the case, Rasheen Ali could serve as the No. 2 option out of the backfield, although Derrick Henry should get most of the touches.Source: Jamison Hensley
21 hours agoDetroit Lions wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown hauled in six passes for 70 receiving yards and a touchdown in a Week 16 victory at the Chicago Bears. St. Brown did not have one of his boom games but was productive in the team's 34-17 win. A week after seeing a season-high 18 targets, St. Brown was targeted eight times by Jared Goff against the Bears and was able to haul in an 8-yard touchdown catch. He didn't see the volume in this one but made the most of his targets and found the end zone to reward fantasy playoff managers.Source: ESPN
21 hours agoTennessee Titans quarterback Mason Rudolph completed 23-of-34 passes for 252 yards and two touchdowns Sunday against the Colts and tacked on another three yards rushing on four carries. Rudolph also threw three interceptions in his return to the starting job, marking his fifth appearance in a row with at least one pick. If it weren't for the abundance of turnovers, Rudolph would make a fine fantasy quarterback, given he's passed for two touchdowns in each of his last three outings. He makes for a solid waiver wire pickup or starting option in 2QB leagues as he faces a Jaguars defense giving up the second-most points to fantasy QBs in Week 17.Source: ESPN
21 hours agoCincinnati Bengals wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase caught six of his eight targets for 97 yards and a score during their victory over the Cleveland Browns. The LSU product also added seven yards on his lone carry. Chase's eight targets were the second-most on the team behind only Tee Higgins while his yardage total paced all Cincinnati pass catchers. Chase found the end zone in the fourth quarter on a 32-yard strike from Joe Burrow. Chase has now tallied a league-leading 16 TD receptions and has found the end zone nine times over his past six contests. During this span, Chase has tallied at least 80+ yards in all but one contest. Chase will continue his WR1 campaign in a Week 17 tilt against a tough Denver Broncos secondary that has allowed the eighth-fewest PPR points to opposing wideouts.Source: ESPN.com
21 hours agoNew York Giants wide receiver Darius Slayton had a quiet outing in Sunday's 34-7 loss to the Atlanta Falcons, recording just one catch for 21 yards on two targets and adding one carry for six yards. His lone reception tied for the team's longest of the day, matching Malik Nabers' 21-yard catch, but opportunities were scarce for the third option in a struggling passing attack led by Drew Lock. Slayton's 3.2 fantasy points reflect the broader inefficiencies of the Giants' offense, which has been unable to support multiple receivers effectively. With Nabers and Wan'Dale Robinson dominating targets and Lock failing to produce, Slayton's fantasy relevance remains minimal heading into the season's final weeks.Source: NFL.com
21 hours agoHouston Texans wide receiver Tank Dell (knee) was listed as a DNP in Sunday's practice estimation. Of course, this isn't surprising, considering the wideout suffered a fractured kneecap in Saturday's loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. While he hasn't been ruled out for Wednesday's game against the Baltimore Ravens, fantasy managers shouldn't expect to see him on the field. Nico Collins, who had seven grabs for 60 yards in Week 16, is in line to continue to operate as the No. 1 receiver. But there would also be streaming potential for Robert Woods, who had three catches for 19 yards against the Chiefs.Source: Texans PR
21 hours agoCincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow went 23-for-30 with 252 passing yards and three scores during their victory over the Cleveland Browns. He added 19 yards on two rushing attempts. Burrow found Tee Higgins in the opening quarter on a two-yard TD pass. Then in the second, he found Andrei Iosivas on a six-yard TD strike. Later in the fourth, he connected with his top wideout Ja'Marr Chase on a 32-yard TD pass to put the game out of reach. Joe Burrow has now thrown at least three passing scores in each of his past seven contests. During this span he has tallied an impressive 24 TD passes. The former No.1 overall pick remains a high-end QB1 heading into his Week 17 tilt against a tough Denver Broncos defense that has allowed the tenth-fewest PPR points to opposing QBs this season.Source: ESPN.com
21 hours agoDetroit Lions wide receiver Jameson Williams got loose for an 82-yard touchdown reception and lit up the stat sheet with five catches for 143 receiving yards and a touchdown in the Week 16 win over the division-rival Chicago Bears. He did most of his damage on one play which he can do with his elite speed but he rewarded fantasy managers who took a chance on him in playoff matchups. Williams got behind the Chicago defense, hauled in the long pass from Jared Goff, and then raced the rest of the way for a touchdown. He saw seven targets in this game and made the most of them. With the healthy target total and his breakaway potential, Williams is looking like a solid option moving forward.Source: ESPN
21 hours agoNew York Giants wide receiver Wan'Dale Robinson caught seven passes for 62 yards on 12 targets in Sunday's 34-7 loss to the Atlanta Falcons. Robinson was second on the team in targets behind Malik Nabers but managed just 8.9 yards per reception with a long of 15 yards, highlighting the Giants' continued offensive struggles. With quarterback Drew Lock underwhelming yet again, Robinson's opportunities were limited to short and intermediate routes, capping his fantasy output at 9.7 points. While Robinson's involvement in the offense remains steady, the lack of consistency from Lock and the team's inability to score makes him a risky fantasy option as the season winds down.Source: NY Giants
21 hours agoNew York Giants wide receiver Malik Nabers hauled in seven receptions for 68 yards on 14 targets in Sunday's 34-7 loss to the Atlanta Falcons. Despite leading the team in targets, Nabers could only secure half of them, averaging 9.7 yards per reception with a long of 21 yards. The inefficiency highlighted the struggles of Drew Lock under center, as the Giants' passing attack failed to generate consistent production. Nabers' 10.3 fantasy points were serviceable, but his ceiling remains capped in an offense plagued by quarterback inconsistency and an inability to sustain drives.Source: NFL.com
21 hours agoDetroit Lions running back Jahmyr Gibbs had a productive game in the team's win at the Chicago Bears in Week 16. The talented running back rushed 23 times for 109 rushing yards and a rushing touchdown and added four catches for 45 receiving yards. Gibbs lived up to high expectations after holding onto the lead-back role in this matchup with fellow Lions running back David Montgomery (knee) missing this game. Gibbs has been very effective with Montgomery out of the lineup and he looks like one of the top fantasy running backs for championship week next week. The 23 carries are a very positive sign for his future outlook as those were a season-high. If he gets that many looks (23 carries and five targets), he is going to be very hard for opposing defenses to contain.Source: ESPN
21 hours agoPittsburgh Steelers wide receiver George Pickens (hamstring) was limited in Sunday's practice estimation. The wideout has missed the last three games because of a hamstring injury, so the update isn't surprising. However, it was reported earlier on Sunday that Pickens has a "real chance" to return on Christmas versus the Kansas City Chiefs. Of course, fantasy managers should continue to plan accordingly. But if Pickens isn't out there on Wednesday, Calvin Austin III and Van Jefferson should continue to see more attention from Russell Wilson.Source: Mike DeFabo
21 hours agoAtlanta Falcons running back Bijan Robinson tallied 94 yards and two touchdowns on 22 attempts during their victory over the New York Giants. He brought in both of his targets for nine yards. Both of Robinson's scores came from within the five yard line. With the Falcons having a substantial lead throughout the afternoon, Tyler Allgeier did most of the work in the final quarter. However, Robinson continued to showcase his elite efficiency averaging a solid 4.3 yards per carry. Entering Week 16, Robinson had averaged 4.6 yards per attempt over his past three contests. The former first-round selection has now eclipsed 90+ rushing yards in each of his past four contests and has found the back of the end zone four times over this span. Fantasy managers should continue to view Robinson as an elite RB1 heading into a Week 17 tilt against the Washington Commanders who just surrendered 150 rushing yards to Saquon Barkley.Source: ESPN.com
21 hours agoIndianapolis Colts running back Jonathan Taylor tallied a season-high 218 rushing yards with three touchdowns on 29 attempts during their victory over the Tennessee Titans. Taylor did not see a target in the passing game. The Wisconsin product led the way as his 29 attempts were a season-high. Taylor did most of his damage on two plays. He tallied a 65-yard TD run in the second quarter and then posted a 70-yard TD carry in the third quarter. Taylor would complete the hat trick later in the third quarter as he punched in a one-yard score. Entering Week 16, Taylor only found the end zone one time over his past six contests. This was on a receiving score as he has not tallied a rushing score since Week 8. Taylor has also tallied at least 100+ rushing yards in consecutive outings. Taylor has a great opportunity to stay hot next weekend facing the New York Giants who have allowed fifth-most PPR points to opposing running backs this season.Source: ESPN.com
21 hours agoNew York Giants running back Tyrone Tracy Jr. was the lone bright spot in Sunday's 34-7 loss to the Atlanta Falcons, finishing with 14.9 fantasy points on a combined 69 yards from scrimmage and a receiving touchdown. Tracy carried the ball seven times for 26 yards (3.7 YPC) and added four catches for 43 yards, including a highlight-reel toe-tap touchdown at the back of the end zone from Drew Lock early in the second quarter. That score gave the Giants an early 7-0 lead, but the game unraveled as Atlanta rattled off 34 unanswered points. While Tracy's rushing efficiency left much to be desired, his involvement in the passing game and red-zone usage were encouraging signs for fantasy managers in an otherwise dismal Giants offense.Source: NFL.com
