Packers Defense Forces Three Turnovers In Week 13
2 years agoThe Green Bay Packers defense let up 18 points, generated two interceptions, and forced and recovered a fumble during the team's 28-19 victory over the Chicago Bears in Week 13. It was the first time in three weeks the team had failed to record a sack, but the second time in the past month that forced multiple turnovers. Green Bay has had trouble holding opponents to fewer than 27 points over recent weeks. However, the Chicago offense was devoid of pass catchers, with starting wide receiver Darnell Mooney (ankle) out for the remainder of the season. Green Bay will head into the bye week with a bit of momentum, and their defense will be on the streaming radar with the depleted Los Angeles Rams coming to town in Week 15.
