P.J. Washington Leads All Scorers In Loss To Miami
4 years agoCharlotte Hornets power forward P.J. Washington was the leading scorer in Sunday's 121-111 loss to Miami, shooting 9-for-13 from the floor en route to 21 points. He was 3-for-6 with the three-ball and added six rebounds and three steals to his line with two turnovers. LaMelo Ball posted a 14-6-5 line with four steals in his second game back from injury. Washington had a big finish to last month and he's continued in the same vein in May. The Hornets are in the midst of a playoff race, so they can't take any nights off and it applies to every single player. Washington has rarely let his team down in recent weeks and should have fun in the next matchup against a bad Pistons squad.
