P.J. Walker Suffers Neck Injury In Week 6
2 years agoCarolina Panthers quarterback P.J. Walker (neck) didn't return to the Week 6 loss to the Los Angeles Rams. The signal-caller took a shot to the head and was evaluated for a concussion. However, a neck injury kept him out, resulting in Jacob Eason replacing him. Walker, starting for the injured Baker Mayfield (ankle), finished the day with only 60 yards off 10-for-16 passing. There should be an update on Walker's condition moving ahead, but there appears to be a chance Eason will be under center for Week 7 against the Buccaneers.
