P.J. Tucker Has Seven Steals In Losing Effort
6 years agoHouston Rockets forward P.J. Tucker looked like he had four arms in Wednesday's 100-89 loss to Utah, finishing with seven steals in 39 minutes. It was an amazing defensive performance from him, and he wasn't far off from setting a franchise record, which is owned by Clyde Drexler who once had 10 steals in a game back in 1996. Tucker also added one block to his defensive stats, although he couldn't replicate the form offensively, going just 2-for-9 from the floor to finish with six points. The much-traveled veteran had recorded just two steals previously this season, so don't expect him to repeat his Wednesday's performance anytime soon.
