Otto Porter Jr. Shines Again Off The Bench
6 years agoWashington Wizards small forward Otto Porter Jr. had another strong performance off the bench on Thursday against the Knicks, recording a 20-point, 11-rebound double-double in 35 minutes. He ended up leading the team in rebounding while shooting 8-for-16 from the field with a 1-for-3 record from downtown. Porter Jr. also extended his run with multiple steals to five games. The sixth-year forward looked like a zombie out there earlier in the season, but he's certainly come to life now and has adjusted very well to his bench role. He's still getting a lot of minutes, so fantasy managers shouldn't be put off by the fact that Porter Jr. isn't a starter.
