All of his assists came on goals by Cole Sillinger, who made himself the second-youngest player in franchise history to score a hat trick. Max Domi had a pair of assists as well, and the line ended up combining for nine points in the game. Bjorkstrand has now scored in six of his last 10 appearances, pushing his account for the season up to 21 goals and 45 points. He fires off a lot of shots and registers hits regularly, which makes the Danish winger an attractive fantasy piece.

The Danish winger was hurt playing for his country in Olympic qualifiers a few weeks ago, but he has shaken off the problem ahead of training camp. Bjorkstrand has been one of the Kraken's most consistent players and should be good for 50-plus points again in 2024-25. He enjoyed a career year last term with a 59-point effort across 82 games. The 29-year-old finished second in scoring and led the team with a career-high 39 assists and 25 power-play points.

However, Kraken general manager Ron Francis expects Bjorkstrand to be ready for training camp next month. Bjorkstrand has played out two solid campaigns in Seattle, recording 104 points (40 goals, 64 assists) across 163 outings. He led the team with 39 assists last season while adding 20 goals with 186 shots on net in 82 games. The nine-year veteran also topped the Kraken squad with 25 power-play points.

He grabbed a goal and had two assists, logging more points than in his previous nine appearances combined. The last few weeks have been rough for Bjorkstrand, but he can still be satisfied with his work in 2023-24. The 28-year-old sits tied for the team lead with 24 points (nine goals, 15 assists) through 31 games.
