Oliver Bjorkstrand Explodes For Four Points
3 years agoColumbus Blue Jackets winger Oliver Bjorkstrand opened the season with a huge performance, finishing an 8-2 victory over Arizona with two goals and two assists. He joined Rick Nash as the only players in franchise history to collect four points in a season opener. The four-point effort included two power-play points. Bjorkstrand was plus-two for the contest and had three shots in 12:58 on the ice. Bjorkstrand won't be killing it every night, but he's been a consistent scorer over the last couple of seasons, and with the Jackets looking full of goals, the Danish winger is set to enjoy another productive year.
