O.J. Howard Looking To Take Advantage Of Bucs Injuries
5 years agoTampa Bay Buccaneers tight end O.J. Howard has seen an uptick in targets over the last three weeks, and with Mike Evans (hamstring) and Chris Godwin (hamstring) both out for the Bucs Week 16 matchup against the Texans, that trend should continue. Breshad Perriman was the biggest benefactor of the Bucs injured receiving corps in Week 15, but against a Texans squad that is not shy about giving yards to tight ends, this could be the week Howard finally breaks out. After an immensely disappointing fantasy season, this is the least he could do for fantasy owners. Howard will slot in as a low-end TE1 for this matchup.
