O.J. Howard Fumbles Away Only Target
5 years agoTampa Bay Buccaneers tight end O.J. Howard fumbled away his only target in a bizarre play during Sunday's 34-17 loss to the Saints. Howard seemed to catch a quick 10-yard crossing pattern, but then proceeded to fumble the ball around his back, where a Saints defender plucked it up and ran it towards the end zone. It was ruled an interception and the Saints scored a touchdown a few plays later. This play immediately put him in head coach Bruce Arians' doghouse, and Cameron Brate became the beneficiary. Howard is a volatile TE2 for his Week 12 game against the Falcons Defense.
