Nyheim Hines Lights It Up In Week 4
6 years agoIndianapolis Colts rookie running back Nyheim Hines had his official coming out party in Week 4 against the Houston Texans. While he was largely ineffective on the ground -- he finished with four carries for 10 yards -- he made up for it with nine catches for 63 yards and two touchdowns. Similar to Washington Redskins running back Chris Thompson, Hines showed that his big-play and receiving ability can be put to great use. Hines is not worth rostering in standard leagues only because he is too touchdown-reliant in standard-scoring formats. One thing to watch moving forward will be the status of Marlon Mack (hamstring) on a week-to-week basis. If Mack is out, Hines has flex appeal in PPR formats. If Mack plays, they will likely eat into each other's value.
