Nyheim Hines Has Flex Appeal
2 years agoBuffalo Bills running back Nyheim Hines was barely involved during his first game with the team last week. That's not too surprising as Hines is still learning a new scheme, but should be more involved going forward. The expectation is that Hines is going to see a majority of the receiving work in the backfield. He'll likely also take away some carries from Devin Singletary or James Cook. However, Hines is expected to mainly be a passing back for this offense. That being said, Hines could be in for a much higher workload against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 10. It's becoming increasingly more likely that Josh Allen (elbow) won't be under center. That means, backup Case Keenum would start, which would probably mean more running and short passing situations. Hines could very well sneak his way onto the flex radar in PPR formats for Week 10.
