Noah Gragson's Season Is Over At Legacy Motor Club
1 year agoNoah Gragson and Legacy Motor Club have officially parted ways. After Gragson was suspended last weekend by the Cup Series organization--as well as NASCAR itself--for liking a controversial meme on Instagram, sources have told The Athletic that Gragson will not compete in the No. 42 Chevrolet again for the remained of the 2023 season. Mike Rockenfeller will over driving the car for the next two races at Indianapolis Road Course and Watkins Glen. There has been no word on who will take over driving duties after that. This season was Gragson's first full-time attempt in the NASCAR Cup Series. Through 21 starts this year, he had an average finish of 28.2 with only one finish better than 20th-place all season (a 12th-place run at Atlanta in March).
