3 years agoDenver Broncos tight end Noah Fant had his worst game of the 2021 season in the 17-10 win over the Washington Football Team in Week 8 on Sunday. Fant was tied for the team lead with four targets, but he caught just two of them for a season-low eight yards. Backup tight end Albert Okwuegbunam outproduced Fant with three catches (three targets) for 34 yards in his first game back from Injured Reserve. Receiver Jerry Jeudy also returned from IR to catch all four of his targets for 39 yards. At the weakest fantasy position, Fant has been a midrange TE1 all season, but the returns of Jeudy and Albert O should have fantasy managers concerned in an offense that hasn't shown much upside under quarterback Teddy Bridgewater.
