No Timetable For Kyler Murray's Return
1 year agoArizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray (knee) said there is currently no timetable for his return from a torn ACL in mid-December of last season. The 25-year-old signal-caller is taking rehab one day at a time. "Obviously, me being the competitor I am, do I want to miss any time? No," Murray said. "It's not on my mind, but we're not even in August yet. So, I'm taking it one day at a time." That said, it's unclear how much of the 2023 season Murray will miss. Cardinals pass-catchers Marquise Brown, Rondale Moore, Trey McBride, Zach Ertz (knee), and others will likely struggle whether Colt McCoy, Clayton Tune, or David Blough is under center to begin the 2023 campaign. For now, fantasy managers should be cautious about drafting Murray, but he could have late-season value if his rushing upside isn't limited by his damaged knee.
