Winnipeg Jets winger Nikolaj Ehlers had a two-goal night on Tuesday against the Calgary Flames in a 3-2 loss. He opened the scoring in the contest with a power-play marker at the start of the second frame and then struck again with his eighth of the season near the end of the period. Andrew Copp tallied assists on both of his goals. Ehlers had a season-high six shots while logging 18:02. He has been fairly quiet this month, but his eight goals still mark the most a player has scored for the Jets in the team's first 12 games of the season since the franchise moved to Winnipeg. Ehlers gets a pair of juicy matchups against the awful Senators next to add to his tally.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
