Nikola Jokic Expected To Sign Extension This Summer
3 years agoDenver Nuggets center Nikola Jokic is coming off another MVP season. He averaged 27.1 points, 13.8 rebounds, and 7.9 assists and is considered by many to be the best player in the league. It's obvious the Nuggets want to keep him, although there have been rumblings that the departure of president of basketball operations Tim Connelly would throw a snag in things. However, according to Shams Charania, the 27-year-old is expected to remain in Denver, likely inking a five-year, $260 million super-max extension this summer. Either way, Jokic will be a coveted option by fantasy managers in all formats heading into the 2022-23 campaign, and rightfully so.
