Nicolai Hojgaard Looks To Bounce Back After Missed Cut Last Week
1 year agoNicolai Hojgaard's recent performance at The Memorial saw him miss the cut, which was unusual considering he had successfully made the cut in his five previous PGA Tour appearances. During the first round, his strokes gained off-the-tee and on approach were ranked low at 93rd and 113th, respectively, while he fared slightly better in the second round with rankings of 45th and 96th for strokes gained off-the-tee and on approach. However, he has shown above-average driving distance and an impressive 77th percentile in proximity to the hole on approach shots from 150-200 yards in the fairway this year. Despite this, Hojgaard will be risky for the upcoming week, especially for $8,400 on DraftKings.
