7 years agoEntering Spring Training, it appeared the Philadelphia Phillies would have a position battle in the outfield. Now, however, manager Gabe Kapler has announced his outfield rotation between four players, ensuring all will have playing time. This helps Nick Williams, who could’ve been the odd man out. The 24-year-old arrived last season over an 83-game stint, hitting .288 with 12 home runs -- quite the impressive feat. This spring, however, he didn’t do much, failing to hit a single home run and driving in just two runs in 52 plate appearances. Williams shouldn’t be skipped.--RDelgado
