Nick Williams Records Four Hits In Victory
6 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies outfielder Nick Williams had himself his best game of the season, as he recorded four hits in a 9-4 victory over the Cincinnati Reds at the Great American Ballpark. As part of his four hits on the night, he smashed two home runs, joining Maikel Franco and Rhys Hoskins in becoming the first trio of teammates to each hit two home runs in a game since 2003. The 24-year-old has been sensational over the past month, hitting .333 in July following an abysmal .218 in June. Alongside the entire Phillies team, Williams is becoming one of the best stories of the season.
