Nick Solak Gets On Base Four Times In Loss
4 years agoTexas Rangers second baseman Nick Solak went 2-for-3 with two walks during the club's 6-5 loss to the Houston Astros on Saturday. The 26-year-old infielder hit his first triple of the season and scored two runs. Solak is batting just .232 with four extra-base hits in May but he's better lately and is 4-for-12 (.333) with two extra-base hits over his past three games. Even with a slow start to May, he's still among the top-hitting second basemen in the game with a 132 wRC+ through his first 41 games in 2021. With multiple-position eligibility in most leagues, Solak is a must-have fantasy player.
