7 years agoIt has been a scorching-hot start to the 2018 season for Atlanta Braves outfielder Nick Markakis. The 34-year-old Markakis has seen his hitting streak reach 10 games with three hits in the Braves 11-0 win over the Mets. One of those hits was a home run, while he scored three times and drove in three. The veteran's slash line now sits at a beautiful .336/.429/.529 and he is batting cleanup in a very good Braves lineup. He has hit five home runs and is the leader in the National League with 40 hits. While it is difficult to believe he will continue to be this good, make sure you keep him in your lineup while he is this hot.--RJ Stacey
