5 months agoCincinnati Reds left-hander Nick Lodolo (finger) will be activated from the 15-day injured list to start on Tuesday against the visiting Colorado Rockies. Lodolo is returning from a blister on one of his fingers on his left hand after missing the last two weeks. The 26-year-old southpaw will be a bit more risky for fantasy managers in his first start back, especially after he skipped a minor-league rehab assignment, but the matchup against Colorado in Cincy will be too good to pass up in most leagues. Consider him a must-start with a lower ceiling due to what will likely be a lower pitch count in his first start off the IL. Lodolo has been nails for the Reds this year, going 8-3 with a 2.96 ERA and 1.07 WHIP, even though his 25.1% strikeout rate is the lowest of his three seasons in the big leagues to date.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
