Nick Dunlap Looking For Ball-Striking Form Ahead Of Houston Open
34 mins agoIt has been a rough stretch over the last couple of events for Nick Dunlap, as he has posted true strokes gained averages of -3.78 and -3.57 in strokes gained off the tee en route to missing back-to-back cuts at The Players and the API. That type of performance won't get things done, even at a place like Memorial Park, that isn't very demanding off the tee. However, he also isn't doing anything too noteworthy anywhere else either. He finished T11 at this event last season, which was aided by gaining over four strokes on the greens, but he hasn't seen production close to that since making the jump to bermudagrass greens this season. At $8,300 on FanDuel, Dunlap is always an easy person to take a chance on each week. But the warning signs are there to seek other options if compelled to.
