Nick Castellanos Remains Out On Wednesday
3 years agoCincinnati Reds outfielder Nick Castellanos (wrist) remains out of the starting lineup on Wednesday against the New York Mets. Castellanos has made just two appearances as a pinch-hitter since being hit by a pitch on his right wrist last Friday. Since the 2021 All-Star hasn't been placed on the injured list, fantasy managers should be ready for a return shortly. The 29-year-old has destroyed his ADP, posting 18 home runs, 59 RBI, 59 runs and two steals with a .329/.383/.582 slash line in 368 at-bats. Aristides Aquino is in right field and is batting seventh against Mets right-hander Marcus Stroman. The 27-year-old went 2-for-3 with a solo homer on Tuesday and could be an intriguing low-budget DFS option against Stroman on Wednesday afternoon.
