6 years agoArizona Diamondbacks shortstop Nick Ahmed went 2-for-3 with a triple, a walk, and three RBI in Sunday's 6-1 win over the Rockies. Ahmed's offseason adjustments to his swing have paid off in the power department, as his 37 extra base hits places him sixth among qualified shortstops. However, his .231 average makes it difficult for owners to start him on a regular basis. Thanks to his defensive prowess, Ahmed will continue to be a fixture in the Arizona lineup.
