5 years agoThe Washington Nationals were forced to make a decision on relief pitcher Trevor Rosenthal (viral infection) as his 30-day rehab assignment was about to expire. The Nationals chose to activate Rosenthal from the Injured List and send Kyle McGowin to Double-A on Saturday. Rosenthal was a trainwreck with the Nationals in March and April, posting an ERA of 36.00 in seven appearances, four of which he failed to record an out. He likely won't see many high leverage situations and should remain on waivers in all leagues.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
