Nate Lashley Looks To End His 3M Open Drought
1 year agoNate Lashley has found a bit of consistency in his game during this 2023 season, as he's lost strokes putting just once since April 16th while losing strokes on approach and around the green just twice in that same span. The issues have come off-the-tee for the 40-year-old veteran, but his irons and putting have been hotter than ever to make up for those miscues of late. Lashley has played in the 3M Open thrice in his career, and he's yet to make a cut. However, it could be argued that the New England native is in the best form in five years, coming off a T21 finish at the John Deere Classic followed by a week off. A long-awaited made cut here for Lashley makes a lot of sense with how well he's striking his irons, but it's tough to think the upside is there to warrant rostering him in tournaments on DraftKings at a price tag of $7,200.
