Myles Turner Extends Double-Double Streak On Sunday
6 years agoIndiana Pacers center Myles Turner recorded a fourth consecutive double-double on Sunday, finishing a 105-89 win over Washington with 18 points and a career-high 17 rebounds. He shot 8-for-17 from the field, including 1-for-2 from downtown. Turner also extended his run with multiple blocks to five games. The fourth-year big man from Texas is having an outstanding month, averaging 15.4 points per game on 51.1 percent shooting with 9.8 rebounds and 3.5 blocks. He's even sinking his treys at a 48.1 percent clip. Turner is set to be a handful for the Hawks on Wednesday. Opposing centers are shooting 57.1 percent against Atlanta, and Turner has already notched one double-double against them this season.
