MRI Results Come Back Negative For Baker Mayfield
3 years agoCleveland Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield (shoulder) underwent an MRI on Monday. His MRI results came back negative and showed no structural damage. He hurt his shoulder in Week 2's win over the Houston Texans. "He's sore,'' coach Kevin Stefanski said. "He's doing fine.'' Mayfield's shoulder is sore and is expected to be limited in practice this week. The former No.1 overall pick should be all systems go for Sunday's game against the Chicago Bears. Mayfield has completed 40-of-49 attempts for 534 yards and 1:2 TD: INT over both games in 2021. He does lead the NFL in completion percentage with 81.6%. Fantasy managers should continue to monitor Mayfield's practice participation throughout the week, and the 26-year-old is considered questionable for Week 3 against Chicago.
