An MRI exam on Saturday confirmed that Miami Dolphins linebacker Jaelan Phillips (Achilles) suffered a torn Achilles on Friday in the Week 12 win over the New York Jets. Phillips will be forced to miss the rest of the season, which will be a big blow for the Dolphins defense the rest of the way. Before suffering the torn Achilles on Friday, the 24-year-old had three tackles and a sack. Phillips was on pace to set a new career-high in sacks this year, but instead he'll finish with 6.5 sacks, 43 tackles (28 solo), seven tackles for loss, 11 QB hits and one interception in eight games played for the Dolphins. Emmanuel Ogbah should see a big boost in playing time on the edge for Miami's D the rest of the season.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
