2 years agoBrooklyn Nets guard/forward Ben Simmons (knee) had an MRI on his ailing left knee. Fortunately, things came back clean, although he did have his knee drained. The 26-year-old has missed the last two games because of the injury and didn't travel with the team for the two-game road trip. However, there is a chance he could be back on Monday versus Dallas. Nonetheless, with Kyrie Irving (suspension) and Seth Curry (ankle) out on Friday night versus the Wizards, Patty Mills is expected to handle the duties at the one spot.
