Mookie Betts Goes 1-For-3 In Dodgers' Win Thursday
4 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers outfielder Mookie Betts went 1-for-3 with a single in a 5-2 Dodgers victory on Thursday. While not bad, the bat has cooled off a little for Betts over his last five games, as he is hitting 3-for-12 with a double, two strikeouts and two runs scored in that span. Coming off a 2020 campaign in which he slashed .292/.366/.562 with 16 homers and 10 steals in 55 games, managers shouldn't read too much into this recent cool streak and should continue to target Betts as a top-5 player in drafts.
