The Philadelphia Phillies are set to promote pitching prospect Moises Chace to Double-A Reading. Chace, 21, out of Venezuela was recently acquired from the Baltimore Orioles as part of the deal that sent Gregory Soto to Baltimore and has spent his time in High-A all season for both franchises. Between both clubs in High-A, Chace has pitched to a 3.56 ERA with 89 strikeouts in 60 2/3 over 19 appearances (11 starts). The right-hander is not a highly touted prospect yet, but he offers a nice three-pitch selection that racks up plenty of strikeouts. His command has been an issue at times and that has limited him, but he could be a starting pitcher in the long-term. He is still far away from a big-league debut, but he is intriguing enough to add to the watch-list in dynasty leagues.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
