Mohamed Sanu Looks To Shake Off Injury Monday
6 years agoAtlanta Falcons wide receiver Mohamed Sanu will try to find the end zone for the third straight week Monday. This is assuming Sanu is able to suit up. The receiver has been battling a hip injury for the past couple of weeks, and he aggravated it more earlier in the week. Coach Dan Quinn thinks that Sanu should be able to play through the injury. If he does he’ll draw a difficult matchup against a stout Giants secondary. It’s worth noting that fellow wide receiver Calvin Ridley is also questionable, but it sounds like he’ll be good to go. If Ridley was out, Sanu would get a bump as the team’s No. 2 receiver. Since he has had such a big end zone presence, Sanu is a solid WR3/Flex play in all formats.
