Mitchell Tinsley Catches Long Touchdown In Preseason Finale
1 year agoWashington Commanders wide receiver Mitchell Tinsley caught three-of-four targets for 89 yards and a touchdown in Saturday's win over the Cincinnati Bengals. With the starters getting rest, Tinsley did his best to show the Commanders that he belongs on the 53-man roster. On the offense's third drive of the game, the former Penn State receiver hauled in a long pass from quarterback Jacoby Brissett before beating a Bengal defender on his way to a 39-yard touchdown. The undrafted rookie looked solid, but it's still a question if he'll make the roster or not with this crowded wide receiver room.
