Mitchell Robinson Good To Go On Monday
3 years agoNew York Knicks center Mitchell Robinson (ankle) will be active for Monday's game against the Oklahoma City Thunder. The fourth-year pro suffered an ankle injury in the team's last game against the Portland Trail Blazers on Saturday. He wasn't able to return to the game after sustaining the injury 14 minutes into the contest. The seven-footer is averaging 8.4 points, 8.6 rebounds and 1.6 blocks per game this year while shooting 76.8% from the field. The Knicks will be without backup center Nerlens Noel (knee) for Monday's game, so Robinson could be heavily leaned on with Taj Gibson playing about 20 minutes in a backup role.
